9. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning at any time through your online account. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice incur no fee. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are subject to a $50 fee. No-shows or lockouts (where our team cannot gain entry to your home) are subject to a $119 charge to cover our team's time and travel.
